Our organization owes its origins to what was probably the first TIR trailer service in Malta way back in the 1970s.

Founder and CEO, Kevin Attard, started out in the family business – a company that was the Malta agent for the Dutch overland carrier 'Combinatie bv'.  On January 1st, 1995, he founded Customs & Freight Agency Ltd, which in 2008 commenced cooperation with Passalacqua Spedizioni & Trasporti, eventually to evolve into a full partnership.

The Passalacqua Organization operates 12 other branches located all over Italy and Sicily, with Ragusa as its corporate head office. After some 14 years of productive collaboration, Customs & Freight Agency in Malta was invited to join forces with the Italian organization under the renowned Passalacqua banner so as to provide an even more formidable service to their ever growing client base.
